We’d recommend browsing our services pages to find the right fit, then clicking ‘Get Started’ on whichever plan suits you. This will take you straight to our contact form where you can tell us a bit about your site and what you need.
Alternatively, if you already know what you’re looking for, or you just have a general enquiry, you can email us directly at ku.oc.latigidnadobfsctd-42f619@olleh, or head to the contact form and let us know what you’re after there.
All payments are handled securely through Stripe. Once we’ve agreed on a plan, and you’ve signed the relevant agreement, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a payment link to set up your monthly subscription. You enter your card details once, and Stripe automatically charges you on the same date at the start of each month. You’ll receive an automatic receipt after every payment.
DanDigital is fully focused on WordPress support and maintenance, and a library of ready-made Elementor and Bricks templates/components. We also create educational content on our YouTube channel @DanDigitalUK, for other web designers or people wanting to try their hand at building on their own site.
Read more about our why, what and what’s next here.
Our template and component library is built for WordPress websites using Elementor or Bricks Builder, two of the most powerful and flexible page builders available. All templates are designed to be easily customised, lightweight, and ready to drop straight into your site.
A support package covers the essentials, like security, updates, and maintenance, to keep your website running smoothly.
A monthly retainer goes further—it’s like having an outsourced web team that can handle almost anything on your website, including updating content or images, adding new pages or blog posts, improving accessibility, optimising site speed, fixing errors, or adding new functionality like live chat or calculators.
A one-off £150 onboarding fee applies to all new support and maintenance clients. This covers the initial site review, setup, and getting everything in place before your plan begins (it doesn’t include work that would be undertaken under a monthly retainer). After that, you’re just on your monthly plan (basic, boost, or power) with no hidden costs or surprises.
If you also take out a monthly retainer for ongoing work, the onboarding fee is waived entirely.
We may recommend premium plugins if we think they would be beneficial to your site. These come at an additional cost, but this is up to you whether you want to purchase them or not. We will never purchase them on your behalf and then expect payment.
We aim to respond to all support requests within the following timeframes:
Basic package — 3 working days
Boost package — 2 working days
Power package — 1 working day (priority)
Please note that standalone support packages do not include billable hours — if you need hands-on work carrying out, this is covered under a monthly retainer or ad-hoc support.
Priority issues such as site downtime are always treated urgently regardless of plan.
We take all urgent issues seriously and aim to respond promptly, giving them top priority to minimise any disruption to your website.
With our Power support package, you also get priority support for all requests, not just urgent issues, putting you at the top of the queue for faster response times and quicker resolution. Our Power support package additionally unlocks a reduced rate for any support requiring billable hours; £60/hour instead of the usual £75/hour.
We’ve partnered with reputable environmental organisation, Ecologi, to ensure we contribute to global reforestation efforts by planting trees for every support purchase.
